Return my package

I send from Ireland to Ghana-Accra parcel for my partner.But he did not get this parcel,becouse he return back to Ireland.i contact to Irish post office and they said parcel still at Ghana,than i rang few days ago and they said parcel is missing. Track nr.RL1551 1375 5 IE,International Track Nr.EF 707856587 IE.Posted from Ireland at 02.04.09,received at Ghana at middle of April. I would like get my Parcel back.Somone can help me sorted out this problem it,s available get any contact number in Ghana,s Customs.Who can explane what,s happened with my parcel?????.Or perhaps some person can collect this parcel and send me back?????
